Hawaii

I am...back in in the UK! I really need to update this blog more.. well Ive been working in Hawaii since January with Surfing The Nations, a non-profit organization impacting the local community of Hawaii and also world-wide aswel.

One of the highlights was the Freedom Skate Contest on the neighbouring island of Molokai we set up for the local kids and to promote a clean, safe, drug free Hawaii.

Firenze

so i haven't been upto too much lately other than working, working, working, i did manage to finalllly get to Florence Italy though for a long weekend. It was magical, ive wanted to go here for a very long time, only a few hours by air! I took these on an old Olympus slr, the colours remind me of the beautiful saturated botticelli paintings i saw in the uffizi gallery.

As far as england is aware im pretty sure our summer is over, i savour those moments in France the most, in the hot hot heat! sucks to be back in the land of rain and cloud! until i venture to more exotic shores (soon pleeeease??) i probably wont see much more sun for a while :(

Miremont

When in Biarritz, i always have to go to Miremont for tea and cake (its an english thing). The most chic patisserie, much like the famous Laduree in Paris but unique to Biarritz. The cakes are exquisite and the decor is like stepping into Marie Antoinette's world...
